    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    Selling merchandise through effective oral communication with customers in person and over the telephone; having a thorough knowledge of Lauren Young merchandise selection, pricing and technical specifications; removing and installing wheels, requiring the use of jacks, pneumatic tools and lifts; dismounting and mounting tires off and on wheels, requiring the use of tire changing equipment; balancing tires, requiring the use of spin balancing equipment; removing, testing, recharging, and installing batteries; stocking merchandise on racks and shelves; driving service vehicles ; completing sales invoices and operating store computers; providing excellent customer service.

    Several of these essential job functions require employees to frequently walk, run, squat, twist, bend and reach above the shoulders.

    Qualifications:

    Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

  • Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components.

    $18 - $26 / hr

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components; testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding and/or recalibrating TPMS components; using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services; provide excellent customer service.

    Qualifications:

    Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

  • Position Summary:

    The Sales & Administration position is responsible for performing administrative duties related to store accounting and operations, assisting in the sales of product to customers, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to Company Policies and Procedures.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Greeting customers & answering telephones; discussing customer needs and answering questions. Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in the administration of our credit program; assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required. Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.

    Experience:

    • Bookkeeping and customer service experience preferred.

    • Experience with Word, Excel & Google Docs required.

    Requirements:

    • 35 - 40 hours per week

    • Scheduled hours & days will be between the hours of 7am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday. Day off will rotate from week-to-week.

    • Drug screen and background check (LYTC is a zero tolerance workplace)

    Pay & Benefits:

    • $18 - $25 hr DOE

    Qualifications:

    High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
